NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A developer has purchased a building for $1.3 million that has been home to a private swingers club in Nashville.

Southeast Venture of Nashville snapped up the land between SoBro and the Gulch where Metro plans the proposed a street extension.

The half-acre site is home to The Social Club, a private members-only swingers club. The Tennessean reported (https://tnne.ws/1t42LQE) that The Social Club’s owners couldn’t be reached to ascertain their future plans.

Southeast Venture officer Todd Alexander says the company is assembling land adjacent to property the group already owns in hopes of increasing the long-term value of the investment.
