BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) - A man accused of fatally shooting another man in Oak Harbor, Washington, has been arrested in Bellingham.

The Bellingham Herald reports (https://is.gd/QIRwhf ) that 23-year-old Christopher Malaga was arrested Tuesday after police pulled over a pickup truck at a gas station.

Prosecutors in Island County have charged Malaga with second-degree murder in Saturday’s shooting death of 21-year-old Adam Garcia in an Oak Harbor neighborhood.

Malaga is being held in Island County Jail on $1 million bail.
