MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - A West Virginia man accused of robbing a former NFL player is facing a new charge.

The Herald-Mail (https://bit.ly/1FC2qJY ) reports that a Berkeley County grand jury indicted 28-year-old Roger C. Doleman of Martinsburg on Tuesday on one count of failure to appear in court.

Doleman didn’t appear for his scheduled June trial on charges stemming from a 2013 robbery at Fulton Walker Jr.’s home in Martinsburg. He remains at large.

Doleman’s brother, 27-year-old Raheim Doleman of Martinsburg, is serving 18 years in prison for his role in the robbery.

Walker was a defensive back at West Virginia University from 1977 to 1980. He played for the Miami Dolphins and the Los Angeles Raiders.
