MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho (AP) - Two people have been arrested following a southwest Idaho apartment fire that injured a man and a woman.

Mountain Home police on Thursday took into custody 24-year-old Beau Michel and 18-year-old Storm Woodin.

Michel is facing a first-degree arson charge and Woodin is facing felony charges of being an accessory and concealing evidence.

The fire at the Day Meadows apartment complex in Mountain Home started at about 4 a.m. Thursday

Police say a man and woman jumped from a second story apartment to escape the flames.

Police say the man has been airlifted to a Salt Lake City burn center, while the woman suffered a leg injury.
