RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) - An Arapahoe woman has been charged with attacking her boyfriend, who later died of internal bleeding.

The Riverton Ranger reports (https://bitly.com/1wy2pTf ) the charges against 38-year-old Yvonne Lynn Moss do not accuse Moss of being responsible for the death of Clarence Joseph Tyler.

Authorities say in court documents that Moss punched and might have kicked Tyler in the face on the night before he died on Oct. 11.

An autopsy concluded Tyler died of bleeding within his skull as a result from a blow to his head.

The court documents say Moss told investigators the two of them had been drinking together all day and then punched him because he did not want to sober up.

Moss is charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
