PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - South Dakota Lottery officials say a Powerball ticket worth $1 million has been sold in Mitchell.

Officials say the ticket holder matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Powerball on Saturday’s drawing. The winning numbers are 6, 10, 51, 54, 57, and the Powerball is 12.

The winner has yet to come forward. The lucky ticket holder is encouraged to contact the state’s lottery offices in Sioux Falls or Pierre. The winner has 180 days to claim the prize.

Powerball is played in 44 states and the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot currently sits at $142 million for the next drawing on Wednesday, October 29, 2014.

The odds of winning $1 million playing Powerball are 1 in more than 5.1 million.
