PATERSON, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a man charged in a fatal bar shooting last month has been returned to New Jersey.

U.S. Marshals found Andre Green in western New York on Oct. 8, about three weeks after the shooting occurred inside a Paterson bar. He was brought back to New Jersey on Friday and remains jailed on $1.5 million bail.

Passaic County authorities have said Green got into a fight with his girlfriend at a bar, and 27-year-old Antoine Garris interceded. Green left but allegedly returned about 15 minutes later and shot Garris multiple times.

Green is charged with murder and weapons offenses.
