GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Authorities say an 82-year-old Shelby, North Carolina, man was killed when an SUV going the wrong way on a Greenville street collided with his car.

Investigators told local media that A.V. Justice was driving on state Highway 291 around 4:30 a.m. Saturday when his Honda Civic was struck by an SUV driving the wrong way.

Troopers say the 30-year-old driver of the SUV wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and suffered minor injuries. Justice was wearing a seatbelt.

The Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. No charges have been filed.
