HENEFER, Utah (AP) - Officials say a 5-year-old boy has died after he fell from a moving tractor in Summit County and was caught in its machinery.

Summit County Sheriff’s Sgt. Ron Bridge says the boy was riding with a family member on the tractor about a mile from his home Saturday morning.

Bridge says the boy fell off the tractor and was stuck between a tire and the tractor frame.

Emergency responders pronounced the boy dead at the scene.

The Deseret News (https://bit.ly/1wtlFAn) reports authorities did not issue any citations to those involved.

The family’s church bishop Kent Nichols identified the boy as Brayden Townley.
