CONCORD, N.C. (AP) - Cabarrus County sheriff’s deputies continue to investigate the deaths of a man and woman from Charlotte found dead in a car in some woods.

Multiple media outlets said the bodies were found in southwest Cabarrus County late Friday night.

Deputies said they were contacted by Charlotte police to look for Enver Catic of Charlotte about 5 miles east of Interstate 485. Deputies found his car on a dirt path. The bodies of Catic and Roseanne Christine Hardin were found in the car.

Investigators said they do not think anyone else was involved in the deaths.

They are awaiting autopsy results to determine the cause of death.
