RICHLAND, Wash. (AP) - A huge freezer is under construction at a Richland industrial park.

The 120-foot-tall Preferred Freezer Services warehouse will have nearly 38 million cubic feet of frozen storage.

KVEW reports (https://bit.ly/ZTarcG ) the work inside the freezer will be performed by automated cranes to place and retrieve pallets.

The construction company, Chill Build, says the $69 million facility in Horn Rapids Industrial Park will be completed in the fall of 2015. It’s expected to employ about 100 workers.
