CLEVELAND (AP) - A criminal complaint has been filed against a Texas man accused of flying to Cleveland to have sex with what he thought was a 13-year-old girl and her mother.

The Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH’-guh) County prosecutor’s office says 32-year-old Samuel Condo of Arlington, Texas, had actually been communicating on the Internet with an investigator from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Investigators and other law enforcement officers arrested Condo at Cleveland’s airport on Friday.

Prosecutors say Condo sent pornographic images of children and nude photos of himself to the investigator. Police in Texas seized items during a search of Condo’s home.

The complaint includes charges related to disseminating child pornography, importuning and attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

It’s unclear if Condo has an attorney.
