LUCEDALE, Miss. (AP) - A man pleaded guilty Monday to charges stemming from a June 2012 fatal crash in George County.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1rN3Qb9 ) Circuit Judge Robert Krebs sentenced 30-year-old Ravielle Bolton on charges of driving under the influence and causing death.

Assistant District Attorney Cherie Wade says with provisions made by the judge, Bolton will serve a total of 25 years.

Bolton also was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines and a $250 assessment to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.

Investigators say tests showed Bolton had a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit when his vehicle struck another vehicle on Mississippi Highway 63, just north of U.S. Highway 98 in George County.

Andre Rogers, Jermaine Rogers and Simone Patterson died in the crash.
