FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota woman has been sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to reduced charges in the traffic death of her boyfriend.

KFGO-AM (https://bit.ly/1u0Iopy ) reports that Olivia Anderson, of Fargo, was also ordered to pay $7,000 in funeral expenses. She will be on probation for one year.

A manslaughter charge was dropped as part of a plea deal.

Authorities have said 22-year-old Dyraughn Rutues jumped on the hood of a car during an argument with Anderson in March and hung on for a block until his girlfriend slammed on the brakes. They say Rutues fell off the hood and hit his head on the pavement. He died days later.
