OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - Police in Oakland say a 30-year-old woman was shot to death during a possible road-rage confrontation.

Officer Johnna Watson says Perla Avina was riding in a Toyota Camry Sunday afternoon in the city’s Brookfield Village neighborhood when someone in another car shot her in the face.

Avina was driven a couple of blocks to her home, where she died.

No suspects have been identified.

Police are seeking witnesses to the shooting, and are offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case.
