FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Crews have restored power in Fayetteville after a major power line failed, leaving 13,000 people in the dark.

Area media outlets report the outage at about dawn Monday left traffic signals out during the morning rush hour.

Authorities say one of three major power lines feeing the city went out because of a faulty circuit breaker. Crews had power restored late Monday morning.
