JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) - A Tennessee man wanted after a fatal wreck two weeks ago has surrendered to police.

Officers in Jackson say 28-year-old Sean Jamal Blackmon turned himself in Monday morning and will be arraigned in city court on Tuesday.

Blackmon is charged with reckless homicide, leaving the scene, failure to stop and render aid, and simple possession of marijuana.

Police say Blackmon fled from a wreck on Oct. 15 that killed Marcus Jones. Jones was struck in the driver’s door by a vehicle that failed to stop at the stop sign. Officers investigating the crash identified Blackmon as the driver and secured a warrant for his arrest.
