BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A 26-year-old Billings man has pleaded guilty to felony sexual abuse of children for responding to a fictitious online ad offering sex with a 14-year-old boy.

The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1tBTCyE ) Kenneth Dale Eagle entered his plea Tuesday in an agreement that calls for a sentence of 20 years in prison. Fifteen years would be suspended if an evaluator finds he is at low risk of re-offending, and 10 years will be suspended if he is found at moderate risk to re-offend.

Sentencing is set for Jan. 8.

Eagle acknowledged responding to the ad - which was placed by law enforcement officers - agreeing to pay for sex with a 14-year-old boy and going to the motel where he was to meet the boy on July 9.
