CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - The Medal of Honor Bowl all-star game in Charleston will be broadcast on NBC Sports Network.

Medal of Honor Bowl committee chairman Tom McQueeney and NBCSN announced the move Wednesday. The second Medal of Honor Bowl will take place Jan. 10 at Johnson Hagood Stadium on The Citadel’s campus.

The game features two teams of draft-eligible college players. McQueeney said having NBC Sports Network on board is paramount for attracting top players.

Former Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills coach Chan Gailey returns as a head coach and will be joined by ex-South Carolina State coach Willie Jeffries.

The game’s proceeds benefit the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation, along with other causes supporting local veterans and wounded warrior projects.
