SUPERIOR, Wis. (AP) - Authorities have charged two people in the fatal shooting of a Superior man in his home.

WDIO-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1sN0QRQ ) Superior police say a 17-year-old was charged Thursday in adult court with felony murder in the Tuesday death of 20-year-old Garth Velin. Twenty-year-old Kyham Dunn was charged with murder as a party to a crime.

Police arrested three other suspects Wednesday who haven’t been charged.

A female suspect tells police the 17-year-old said they were going to Velin’s house to get money. She says he told the group Velin grabbed a gun from him and it accidently went off, shooting Velin.

Velin’s girlfriend tells investigators Velin sold marijuana and someone owed him money. She isn’t a suspect.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Dunn has an attorney.
