NEENAH, Wis. (AP) - A Neenah packaging company has kicked off a $25 million expansion in Oshkosh.

Bemis’ plant in Oshkosh makes sterile packaging for the health care industry.

Bemis CEO Bill Austen says the North American health care packaging market is growing rapidly and his company needs to stay ahead of the curve.
