COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. (AP) - The city of Cottage Grove has terminated its contract with city attorney Sean Kelly who was arrested last week on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

The Register-Guard reports (https://is.gd/rSAYgq ) the city paid between $60,000 and $80,000 a year for Kelly’s legal services. He also served as municipal prosecutor.

The 44-year-old was arrested last week while riding a motorcycle in Springfield. Police say he was speeding and failed a field sobriety test.
