NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Temperatures across north Louisiana dropped into the 60s after a cold front moved through, bringing with it a line of heavy thunderstorms.

The National Weather Service Office in Shreveport reports power line and tree damage across much of northwest Louisiana.

Forecasters say a tree fell on a mobile home Thursday night in the Haughton area of Bossier Parish. No injuries were reports. And another tree fell on a car in Shreveport.

Southwestern Electric Power Company reports scattered outages Friday morning with 4,600 customers without power in Caddo Parish and another 2,100 customers in Bossier Parish in the dark early Friday morning. In Natchitoches and Sabine parishes another 1,200 customers are without electricity.
