STANFORD, Ky. (AP) - Search crews have found the body of a man who fell out of a canoe in Cedar Creek Lake in central Kentucky.

WKYT-TV in Lexington (https://bit.ly/1q2I0jo) reports that crews found the body of 75-year-old Carl Linn near the lake’s dam in Lincoln County.

The station reports Linn was fishing with his daughter when the boat capsized Wednesday around 12:30, and the two of them fell into the water. The daughter was rescued about 30 minutes later by another fishing boat, but the father had gone under by then.

Cedar Creek Lake has an average depth of 22 feet and is the second largest state-controlled lake in Kentucky.
