CICERO, N.Y. (AP) - State police say a 37-year-old woman has died after being struck by a vehicle while she was jogging in suburban Syracuse.

Police are looking for the driver, who left the scene of the 7 a.m. accident on Lakeshore Road in Cicero. The Thursday morning collision left debris scattered across the road.

Troopers say Summer Rupert-Wozniczka was pronounced dead at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

State police Capt. Jeffrey Raub tells the Syracuse Post-Standard (https://bit.ly/1tlaEBn ) the victim was wearing bright clothing and a flashing light to make her visible to motorists.
