CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Fairness West Virginia Institute plans to have a conference at the Charleston Civic and Convention Center.

The conference is scheduled for November 15.

The conference features an address from Executive Director Andrew Schneider regarding the state of equality in West Virginia. Two panels will focus on relevant issues facing the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. There will also be a transgender legal clinic and a keynote address from Beth Littrell, lead attorney in Lambda Legal’s lawsuit for marriage equality in West Virginia.
