LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Police in Louisville say a man kicked in the door of a business and broke in because he had nothing better to do.

WAVE-TV in Louisville reported (https://bit.ly/1wO0Iz5 ) that 21-year-old Justin Leonard told officers he busted down the door because he was bored.

Video surveillance showed that the burglar at the business was wearing distinctive clothing and had a tattoo. While investigating the incident, officers saw Leonard walking down the street, wearing the same clothing.

Police say Leonard ran when officers tried to talk to him. He was found a short distance away.

He was arrested Thursday around 11 p.m. and faces a third-degree burglary charge.

Jail records did not list an attorney.
