RIDGELAND, Miss. (AP) - Ridgeland police say a Hollister store manager at the Northpark Mall has been arrested after allegedly taking video of a minor while she changed in a dressing room.

The Clarion-Ledger reports (https://on.thec-l.com/1rFP0Cg ) 28-year-old Alance McKinney was charged this week with felony unauthorized filming of a person.

Lieutenant John Neal says the investigation began Oct. 23 after the parent of the minor witnessed McKinney standing outside of the victim’s dressing room, holding his cellphone over the top of dressing room.

The victim said she saw McKinney’s feet at the bottom of the curtain and the phone pointed at her.

Neal said the case is still an open investigation.

McKinney has been released on $5,000 bond as he awaits a Nov. 25 court date.

It was unclear whether he has an attorney.
