CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - An attorney from Chattanooga has been suspended from legal practice for four years by the Tennessee Supreme Court.

The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports (https://bit.ly/1pbPsxH ) that Michael Gregory Williams’s punishment begins November 9, 2014.

A petition for discipline was filed on Oct. 30, 2013, alleging that Williams had misappropriated funds from an estate for which he had been appointed administrator and had failed to file an inventory that had been ordered by the court.

Williams never responded to disciplinary counsel and did not respond to the petition for discipline.
