TEXARKANA, Ark. (AP) - Police in Texarkana, Arkansas, say a Texas-side man has been killed and another person was injured in a shooting at a gas station.
Capt. Doug Avery told the Texarkana Gazette (https://bit.ly/1CNeciq ) that the man died at a local hospital where he was taken following the shooting about 1 a.m. Sunday. Avery says the second man was taken to another hospital and his condition was not known.
The names of the two men were not released.
Avery says it appears there was an argument and possibly a fight before the shooting and that investigators are seeking witnesses.
