DENVER (AP) - Hunters and anglers are being asked to be on the lookout for the body of a 23-year-old man who is thought to have drowned in the Arkansas River near Pueblo.

The Denver Post reports (https://dpo.st/1vJegMM ) Christopher Lynn Frazier fell from an inflatable tube June 2 and was last seen going over a spillway near Santa Fe Avenue. The water was running too swiftly for a rescue.

Now that the water level has dropped, Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials and the Pueblo Police Department want help in finding the remains to offer closure to Frazier’s family.

Investigators are unsure how far the man was swept downstream.
