OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A Nebraska man has been sentenced to prison for a drunk driving crash that killed his fiancee’s brother.

The Omaha World-Herald reports (https://bit.ly/ZPJNlD ) 23-year-old Matthew Fleshman received a three to five year sentence on Monday. The Omaha man previously pleaded guilty to motor vehicle homicide in the October 2013 crash and had faced up to 20 years in prison.

Police say Fleshman was driving on the interstate when he struck a concrete barrier and his vehicle caught fire. Twenty-six-year-old Josh Pacheco was a passenger in the car and died at the scene.
