FENTON, Mo. (AP) - St. Louis County police say murder-suicide is likely in the deaths of two elderly residents in Fenton.

Officers were called just after 6 a.m. Thursday to a home and found 81-year-old James Roesslein and his 77-year-old wife, Patsy, dead of apparent gunshot wounds.

Detectives believe James Roesslein shot his wife, then killed himself. An investigation continues but police say they are not seeking suspects.
