BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a 60-year-old inmate who was found dead in his cell at the Boulder County Jail.

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office identified the inmate Thursday as Jeffrey Koppe. Investigators have not said how he died, but foul play is not suspected.

The Daily Camera reports (https://bit.ly/1BYrxSG ) Koppe was found alone and unresponsive at 8 p.m. Sunday, shortly after a shift change. The Boulder man was being detained at the jail for two days as a result of several failure-to-appear warrants out of Longmont.
