WATERBURY, Conn. (AP) - Waterbury police have arrested a second driver sought after two vehicles struck and fatally injured a teenage bicyclist.

Police say 18-year-old Eric Delage was hit Monday night by an SUV and knocked into oncoming traffic where a minivan also struck him. Both drivers allegedly left the scene on Baldwin Street near Pleasant Street.

Police said Thursday night 45-year-old Roberto Tellado of Waterbury, the van driver, has been charged with felony evading responsibility and is held on $200,000 bond until a court appearance Friday morning.

The SUV driver, 30-year-old Israel Diaz, was arrested Monday and charged with felony evading responsibility and several motor vehicle charges. He is held on $300,000 bond.

It’s not known who is representing the drivers.

Police said investigators are still processing the Honda Odyssey van, and trying to determine if alcohol or speed were factors.
