MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Wisconsin state parks and properties will host nearly 20 Halloween events over the next few weeks.

The festivities will get underway Saturday with a candlelight hike, pumpkin-carving and campfire entertainment at Kohler-Andrae State Park in Sheboygan.

The rest of the agenda includes hikes, story-telling, campfires, haunted hay rides and more pumpkin-carving spread across a number of state properties on the remaining weekends in October. Participating properties include Harrington Beach State Park, Heritage Hill State Park, the Kettle Moraine State Forest Northern Unit, Kinnickinnic State Park, Lake Kegonsa State Park, Mirror Lake State Park, the Richard Bong Recreation Area and Governor Nelson State Park.
