BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A 48-year-old Zachary man has pleaded guilty to fraudulently receiving more than $120,000 in Social Security disability benefits.

The Advocate reports (https://bit.ly/1tERMcl) Mack Charles Wells Jr. is scheduled to be sentenced in February.

Wells entered his plea Wednesday before Chief U.S. District Judge Brian Jackson.

U.S. Attorney Walt Green says Wells, who began receiving disability payments in 1997 after an on-the-job injury, repeatedly failed to disclose and intentionally concealed that he worked as a bail bondsman from early 2007 through 2011.
