NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police have arrested two people for breaking into cars and stealing electronics and credit cards.

Officers say reports of thefts from vehicles were made by residents in Bear, Wilmington and Greenville over the past week.

On Sunday, police arrested 34-year-old Holly Rybinski of Wilmington and 34-year-old Charles Scafe of no fixed address. They were charged with multiple counts of burglary, theft and conspiracy.
