FRESNO, Calif. (AP) - Police in Central California have arrested two people in connection with a video posted online in which a woman is taunted, beaten and forced to strip in broad daylight.

Fresno police Sgt. Paul Cervantes says the two arrests are of a man heard laughing in the video and a teenager who barks. The barking has led police to believe the weekend attack included members of the Bulldogs street gang.

In the video, a woman in a red tank top is seen punching and swinging at the victim, who is forced to take off her clothes. The victim begs to be left alone and runs naked past apartment buildings and a man on the street, but does not receive any help.

Cervantes tells KFSN-TV (https://abc30.tv/1ACzwnP) police have identified the woman in the tank top and expect to arrest her soon.
