Arkansas (1-1) at Texas Tech (2-0), 2:30 p.m. CT Saturday (ABC)

Line: Texas Tech by 1.

Series Record: Arkansas leads 28-7.

Texas Tech’s high-octane passing game has been inconsistent and slow to start. The Red Raiders aim to change that against their toughest opponent to date after getting two wins by combined 11 points. The Razorbacks are looking for back-to-back wins for first time since last September 2013. They beat Nicholls State 73-7 last week to break a 10-game losing streak.

Texas Tech defense vs. Arkansas rushing game. The Red Raiders are inexperienced and have given up an average of 227 yards rushing against two teams that did good job keeping their offense off the field. The Razorbacks have strong rushing game (third in the SEC, averaging 324 yards per game). Arkansas rushed for 495 yards against Nicholls.

Texas Tech: QB Davis Webb acknowledges he hasn’t “been himself” in Red Raiders’ two closer-than-expected wins - he even got an unsportsmanlike penalty in last week’s 30-26 win over UTEP. The offense has started slowly in both games. Still, he’s thrown for 730 yards and seven TDs. He also has two interceptions.

Arkansas: RB Alex Collins is averaging 99.5 yards rushing per game. He leads the SEC and is ranked third in the nation with four carries of at least 20 yards. He’s second in the league with three touchdowns rushing.
