BENTONVILLE, Ark. (AP) - The former head of the Benton County road department has been sentenced to 90 days in prison after pleading guilty to felony theft of property and misdemeanor theft of services charges.

KHOG reports (https://bit.ly/ZindRU ) that Scott Stober was sentenced Thursday and was given credit for 53 days already served. He was also ordered to pay about $11,000 in restitution.

Investigators have said Stober used county money to buy items for his personal truck and his home.
