EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a man’s body was found in the ruins of a central New Jersey home that was destroyed in an explosion and fire.

But it’s still not clear what sparked the blast at the East Brunswick home, which occurred late Tuesday night.

Middlesex County prosecutors announced Wednesday that the body was found during a search of the Agate Road home. But the man’s name has not been released, pending notification of relatives.

Authorities say the cause of death has not been determined.

No other injuries were reported in the incident.
