ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia Department of Human Services officials say the state’s online child support payment system will be shut down temporarily.

The Division of Child Support Services is transitioning to a new online payment vendor and officials say the payment processing system will be down between Sept. 23 and Sept. 27.

Officials say online applications will only be available for customers to complete, print or save. The saved applications will be available for customers to retrieve with their confirmation numbers after 12 p.m. on Sept. 27.

Officials say customers will be able to make payments or submit applications at any local child support office. Details on office locations may be found online.
