CLAYSVILLE, Pa. (AP) - A 22-year-old western Pennsylvania man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and furnishing alcohol to minors, among other charges, for a crash that killed a 16-year-old driver who was drinking with the man and other teens.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 22-year-old Charles Cole, of Claysville, who faces a preliminary hearing on Oct. 28. He’s being mailed a summons after police charged him Wednesday in the crash that killed Sierra Minor, of Morris Township, on July 30, 2013.

Police say Minor was driving Cole’s car when she crashed with Cole, a 19-year-old, and two 15-year-olds as passengers. That happened after the group left Washington County and drove to West Virginia where Cole allegedly bought the group beer.

They were returning home from drinking and swimming when Minor crashed, killing her and injuring the others.
