SHREVEPORT, La. (AP) - Shreveport police say a 47-year-old bystander died when she was hit by stray bullet.

Police say Bobby Ann Turner died at University Health in Shreveport Wednesday night after 43-year-old Antonio Cummings allegedly opened fire with a semi-automatic rifle during an argument with another man. Police believe a bullet from that rifle hit Turner in the upper abdomen.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Cummings, who faces a second-degree murder charge in the case. His bond has been set at $500,000.

Police say Cummings should be considered armed and dangerous.

Cpl. Marcus Hines says Cummings was last seen leaving the shooting scene in a dark-colored pickup.
