PITTSBURGH (AP) - A Pittsburgh man already charged with groping a U.S. marshal as she jogged near the Allegheny River and harassing another woman the same day has now been charged with attacking a third woman.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 19-year-old Robert Flynn who’s been charged with indecent assault and harassment. The newest charges were filed Thursday after a woman said Flynn tugged at her shorts as she walked on the trial with her husband about 9 p.m. Sept. 1.

Flynn has been jailed since the female marshal told police Flynn grabbed her buttocks then pulled down her shorts on Sept. 2. She chased Flynn and kicked him in the groin and punched him when he lunged at her. Flynn is also charged with lifting the skirt of another woman walking to work earlier that day.
