FRANKLIN, Wis. (AP) - Police are searching for an adult soccer player who they say kicked an opponent unconscious during a brawl near Milwaukee.

Franklin Police Sgt. William Van Zile said Monday the brawl broke out Sunday during an adult league soccer tournament at the Milwaukee County Sports Complex. Police say players went into the stands to try to calm fans, but they ended up joining the altercation.

Van Zile says two security guards and two players were hurt in the fight, including the player who was knocked unconscious. He says that player was taken to a local hospital and the other three people were treated at the scene. The player’s condition is unclear.

Van Zile says police are looking for the man who kicked the player. No arrests had been made Monday.
