BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Added crews helped keep the Bull Fire north of Boise to 75 acres as of Sunday afternoon.

The Idaho Statesman (https://bit.ly/XUoYDV ) reports the fire grew from 50 to 75 acres between Friday evening and Saturday. Seventy-five additional firefighters were called to assist the 40 working the fire on Friday.

Four helicopters and two heavy air tankers are also being used to suppress the blaze, which began Thursday.

The fire is in a remote, wooded area with rough terrain and steep hillsides near Cascade.

No threats to structures have been reported. A closure order is in effect for several nearby trails and crews are taking steps to protect bull trout habitat and whitebark pine.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
