HEBRON, Ohio (AP) - Sheriff’s deputies in central Ohio say an 11-year-old boy was killed when the all-terrain vehicle he was riding rolled over on him.

The Licking County Sheriff’s Office says the child and two other juveniles had stolen the ATV from someone at a motorcycle club event being held Sunday afternoon at the National Trail Raceway in Hebron (HEE’-bruhn), about 30 miles east of Columbus.

The name of the dead child hasn’t been released. Deputies say he was driving the ATV with two other juveniles on back. The two passengers were thrown from the vehicle when it rolled over onto the 11-year-old.

The two other children were taken from the scene by their parents.
