HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says lanes will be closed along highways in Garland County for routine bridge inspections.

The closures will take place between Monday and Thursday and the department urges passengers to be careful when driving through the work zones.

Parts of Highway 70 will be closed on Monday before noon at bridges over the Gulpha Creek. Work on Highway 7 will be performed Tuesday and an inspection for Highway 270 will take place Thursday at bridges over Lake Hamilton.
